Total Factor Productivity Growth of Indian Manufacturing: An Analysis of after Liberalization2015 •
ABSTRACT This paper will try to develop an analytical framework and employs it to empirically test if liberalization reforms in the Indian manufacturing sector has raised total factor productivity (TFP) growth. In this paper, we would also examine the technical efficiency and technical change in the manufacturing sector. Finally, the paper would conclude with some general observations and suggestions. Firm level performance in the manufacturing sector will be measured in the form of productivity growth in the present study. In the last two decades, the productivity growth measurement literature has been extended from the standard calculations of TFP employing production function framework towards more refined decomposition methods. To overcome the shortcomings of the growth accounting approach and to identify the components of productivity change, techniques have been developed that are based on the decomposition of TFP index. Malmquist index will be used for measuring the Total Factor Productivity. Finally, the paper would conclude with some general observations and suggestions.
Mithun (Bos frontalis) or gayal and Indian Bison or wild gaur (Bos gaurus) are listed among the rare and endangered bovine species of India. The remote location of mithun in four North Eastern Hill states (Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, and Mizoram), scattered population size, and non-availability of genetic diversity status are major limitations towards devising a suitable breeding and conservation policy of these species. Since several studies have demonstrated the successful applicability of microsatellite/SSR markers across related genera/families in both crop plants and animal species, 30 FAO recommended cattle microsatellites were utilized for the assessment of the genetic diversity of Indian mithun, bison, and local Tho-tho cattle. Mitochondrial transmembrane protein coding cytochrome B (CYTB) complete sequence data of 71 bovine samples from India were also used to reinforce the study. Population structuring clustered the all bovines into three subgroups as per geograp...
Ranti Hitam known as local name of (Solanum blumei Nees ex Blume) found in the Dairi, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. It is used by the community as traditional medicine which contains of various phytochemical constituent of steroidal alkaloids of β2-solanin, diosgenin, flavonoids, saponins and tannins. The purpose of the study was to investigate the anticholesterol activity of the ethanol extract of (Solanum blumei Nees ex Blume) by in vivo and insilico methods. A number of 15 rats were divided into 5 treatment groups as in vivo high fat diet model, otherwise insilico study was carried out to determine the activity of main compound of S. blumei in inhibiting HMG Co-A reductase. The bioactive compounds of S. blumei, diosgenin (C26H39O4) and β2-solanine (C39H63NO11) showed inhibition activity to HMG-CoA reductase by in silico and invivo test and it was indicated that 2 bioactive compounds of S. blumei had anticholesterol activity.

L'etude cherche a montrer l'importance que revet la propagation vegetative par drageonnage d'Isoberlinia doka Craib. & Stapf. et d'I. tomentosa (Harms) Craib. & Stapf. Cett...

Remarks on Essential Maximal Numerical Range of Aluthge Transform2019 •
This paper focuses on the properties of the essential maximal numerical range of Aluthgetransform T. For instance, among other results, we show that the essential maximal numerical rangeof Aluthge transform is nonempty and convex. Further, we prove that the essential maximal numericalrange of Aluthge transform e T is contained in the essential maximal numerical range of T. This studyis therefore an extention of the research on Aluthge transform which was begun by Aluthge in hisstudy of p−hyponormal operators.

MSME Performance Strategy Post Covid-19 Pandemic Through The Implementation Of Innovations And Strategic Decisions: Systematic Literature Review (SLR)One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through After the Covid-19 Pandemic caused high environmental pressure to occur. One of them occurred in the increasingly uncertain sector of the country's economy. There are many things that can be done to provide economic solutions, one effective way is through improving the performance of MSMEs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have important characteristics in economic development, both in developing and developed countries. The importance of the role of MSMEs in helping the country's economy, it is hoped that the longer the development of MSME performance will increase. The strategy decision emerged as a response to the current decline in MSME graphics performance, with steps. Strategic planning in small companies is much more informal compared to large businesses, however, MSMEs must continue to develop new missions, goals, strategies and policies, to then compare external opportunities and thre...
