Nanocomposite and Its Morphological Characterization -Review2019 •
In the wider field of nanotechnology, nanocomposites have attracted a great deal of attention and, due to the enhanced mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of the weld with modulus, strength and dimensional stability of the nanocomposite, they find increased use for various applications in several industries. Metallic and ceramic nanocomposites were used at an earlier stage of development to solve the dangerous issue of optimizing nanomaterial dispersal in matrices. Nanocomposites are currently finding uses in many fields. However, there are also some disadvantages to these characteristics such as optical issues dispersion difficulties, the color black display when different carbon containing nanocomposite are used viscosity increase and sediments. This finding review more about scope of nanocomposite and its morphological structural characterization that make it more suitable in its application.

The essay focuses on Siegfried Kracauer’s reflections on historical experience and knowledge. It dwells, firstly, on the concept of historical truth proposed in the philosophical hermeneutics (Martin Heidegger and Hans-Georg Gadamer) and in the theory of the contemporaneity of history (Benedetto Croce); then, on gnoseological pyrrhonism or perspectivism, known today thanks to the notion of Presentism suggested by François Hartog. In his unfinished and posthumous book on history (1969), Kracauer equates the strong and the weak versions of historicism, leading them back to the chronological and linear conception of time. After deconstructing the philosophical premises of both, he advances a re-evaluation of the sensitive and perceptive experience, that leads to the temporal extra-territoriality and to the spatial dislocation of the observer’s “mind”. Carlo Ginzburg’s interpretation of the above-mentioned reflections on history allows us to grasp the irreducibility of Kracauer’s realism to the theories of the sublime contact with the past (Huizinga, Gumbrecht, Ankersmit, Runia). The “strange realism,” where Kracauer lands after the contestation of the above-mentioned historicisms, is therefore dissimilar to both the traditional ontological approaches and the recent theories on the reactivation of the past. It ultimately rests on a method that derives from the application of transcendental aesthetics to the historical field. The result is an estimation of the “empiricity” of historical research in which unexpected encounters, relevant cases, unpredictable data and the historian’s capacity for cognitive reconfiguration count.

High Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia and Its Abnormal PAP Referral: A 13-Year Analysis [30H]INTRODUCTION: The objective of this work is to analyze the referral cytologies of the patients in which a CIN II and/or CIN III is histologically confirmed in the cervical pathology unit (CPU) of the San Borja Arriaran Clinical Hospital (HCSBA). METHODS: Retrospective analysis of the patient records derived from positive PAP, reported between January 2006 and December 2018. The admission cytology and the definitive histological diagnosis were correlated in the HCSBA CPU. RESULTS: During the 13 years of histological diagnoses associated with 6160 positive cytologies were reviewed. 2083 patients with histological diagnosis of CIN2+. Median age 38 years. 15.02% (n=313) made it an atypical PAP in one of its three types: second ASCUS 2.44% (n=51), ASC-H 10.99% (n=229) and AGUS 1.58% (n=33). 16.75% (n=349) came from a CIN I PAP, 64.13% (n=1336) from a CIN II or III Pap smear and the rest for an invasion-suggestive PAP. CONCLUSION: One in three patients referred to the HCSBA from a positiv...

We present preliminary numerical simulations of inductively coupled plasma ∞ows in an existing plasma tunnel of the von Karman Institute. Emphasis is put on the numerical techniques used to create the model. As a useful working assumption, we propose to neglect the plasma-induced electro-magnetic fleld in a flrst implementation. While this approximation is shown to be inaccurate, it is nevertheless

Oxidative Stress and Heme Oxygenase-1 Regulated Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells Differentiation2012 •
This paper describes the effect of increased expression of HO-1 protein and increased levels of HO activity on differentiation of bone-marrow-derived human MSCs. MSCs are multipotent cells that proliferate and differentiate into many different cell types including adipocytes and osteoblasts. HO, the rate-limiting enzyme in heme catabolism, plays an important role during MSCs differentiation. HO catalyzes the stereospecific degradation of heme to biliverdin, with the concurrent release of iron and carbon monoxide. Upregulation of HO-1 expression and increased HO activity are essential for MSC growth and differentiation to the osteoblast lineage consistent with the role of HO-1 in hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. HO-1 participates in the MSC differentiation process shifting the balance of MSC differentiation in favor of the osteoblast lineage by decreasing PPARγand increasing osteogenic markers such as alkaline phosphatase and BMP-2. In this paper, we define HO-1 as a target m...
