The researching results show the doping concentration of Ni strongly affected the luminescence in the UV spectral region and reveal application potential of ZnO:Ni material in optoelectronic and magneto-optical devices of UV range. The 3d transi- tion metals (TM) in the crystal field of ZnO act as luminescent centers giving rise to light emission in the UV, visible and IR ranges.

The effects of experimental factors such as CS ratio, applied voltage, and flow rate on optical properties of the electrospun fibers were evaluated.
