The samples we examined under X-ray diffraction using D5005-Bruker X-ray diffractometer and Cu-Kα radiation. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION The X-ray diffraction analysis of (La1-xYx)FeO3 indicates that all samples possess an orthorhombic structure. The lattice parameters (a, b, c), tolerance factor (t), and RA, RB radii of A and B of the samles (La1-xYx)FeO3 as function of Y content are listed in the table 1. 0.645 0.25. La0.75Y0.25FeO3. 0.645 0.45. La0.55Y0.45FeO3.

The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern measurements in the diffraction angle range of examined on samples of Mg(Al 1-x Eu x ) 2 O 4 containing different concentration of Eu 3+ ions are shown in Fig. It is found that XRD patterns of Mg(Al 1-x Eu x ) 2 O 4 strongly depend on concentrations of Eu 3+. 9 (a), in the sample with low content (x = 0.01), only strong sharp diffraction peaks corresponding to the structural phase of spinel MgAl 2 O 4 were observed.

The polycrystalline ferrite samples Ni 1-x Zn x Fe 2 O 4 (x = 0.60. X-ray diffraction patterns of ferrite samples Ni 1-x Zn x Fe 2 O 4. The SEM study showed that the microstructure of samples is of high homogeneity and average particle size increases with Zn content in samples, namely from 2.1 µm (x = 0.60) to 2.8 µm (x = 0.65) to 2.9 µm (x = 0.70) and to 3.1 µm (x = 0.75).

The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the as-deposited CdS thin film were recorded in a D5005 Brucker X-ray diffractometer with CuK α radiation λ = 1.54056°A, operated at 40 kV and 40 mA. The scanning speed was 0.030 °/s in the 2 θ range from 5° to 65°. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of the obtained CdS thin films were taken on a JEOL5410.

The quality of the prepared samples was checked by X-ray powder diffractometry. The powder XRD patterns show a single phase of the Ca 1x Pr x MnO 3d solid solution over the whole Pr-doping concentration. x = 0.20 x = 0.15. x = 0.10 x = 0.05. X-ray diffraction patterns for Ca 1x Pr x MnO 2:98. 2 shows the temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity, r, of the prepared samples in the temperature range from room temperature to 1273 K.

Three polycrystalline samples of Ca 0.85 Pr 0.15 Mn 1−x - Ru x O 3 (x and 0.08) were prepared by us- ing conventional solid-state reaction. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Figure 1 shows X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns for Ca 0.85 Pr 0.15 Mn 1−x Ru x O 3 (x and 0.08) pre- pared by using the solid-state reaction method. The lattice constants determined for Ca 0.85 - Pr 0.15 MnO 3 (i.e., x = 0) are a = 5.311 ˚ A, b = 5.321 ˚ A, and c = 7.540 ˚ A.
