The morphology of the films was observed by a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Reflective spectra of the films were measured by integrating sphere method. We demonstrate that the reflectance of the thin films in visible light region can reach above 88%. Growth of CdS thin films by chemical bath deposition technique
